Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and engage with CSR partners, foundations, and individual donors.
Develop and submit grant proposals, concept notes, and presentations.
Organize fundraising campaigns, donor events, and online giving drives.
Strengthen donor relationships through regular updates and impact reporting.
Collaborate with program teams to align proposals with on-ground impact.
Deliverables
Secure funding partnerships aligned with GBF’s mission and programs.
Submit timely proposals, reports, and donor communication materials.
Achieve agreed fundraising targets within the consultancy period.
Provide monthly updates on fundraising progress and prospects.
Education, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Work, Development, Management, or related field.
2–5 years’ experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships and grant writing.
Strong proposal writing, communication, and donor engagement skills; ability to work independently with targets.
Consultancy Terms
Location: Gaya, Bihar (with flexibility for virtual donor meetings)
Duration: 6–12 months (extendable based on performance)
Remuneration: Negotiable, based on experience and results achieved

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage GBF’s social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs) aligned with campaigns and programs.
Plan and execute monthly social media calendars.
Track performance analytics and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement.
Coordinate with program and design teams for storytelling and campaign execution.
Deliverables
Consistent posting and engagement across all GBF social media platforms.
Monthly content calendar and analytics reports.
Growth in followers, reach, and engagement aligned with GBF’s communication goals.
Education, Skills & Experience
Graduate in Communications, Media, Marketing, or related field (students with strong skills may also apply).
1–3 years’ experience in social media management, content creation and digital marketing.
Creative writing, basic design (Canva), and video editing skills are must.
Ability to work part-time, independently, and meet deadlines.
Consultancy Terms
Location: Gaya, Bihar (remote-friendly role with occasional in-person meetings if required)
Duration: 6–12 months (extendable)
Engagement: Part-time (approx. 20-24 hours/week)
Remuneration: Negotiable, based on experience

Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct engaging classes to strengthen Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) for students of classes 3 to 5.
Use innovative and activity-based teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
Support schoolteachers in implementing effective FLN practices.
Track student progress and maintain basic records of learning outcomes.
Collaborate with GBF’s program team for training, planning, and reporting.
Deliverables
Regular classroom sessions with measurable improvements in student learning.
Monthly reports on student progress and activities conducted.
Active contribution to SPARSH’s goal of strengthening foundational learning.
Education, Skills & Experience
Graduate in Education, Social Sciences, or related field (B.Ed./D.El.Ed. preferred).
Prior teaching experience in primary schools (especially classes 3–5) desirable.
Strong communication skills in Hindi; basic English understanding preferred.
Passion for working with children and improving government school education.
Hiring Terms
Location: Gaya, Bihar (government schools in intervention villages).
Duration: 12 months (extendable based on performance).
Engagement: Full-time.
Remuneration: Negotiable, based on experience.
