Mrs. Rashmi Sinha, Founder of Sattvavarta, brings over a decade of social sector experience, including impactful roles at Bhumi and Goonj. She now leads programs on personality development and communication, guided by Indian wisdom traditions. Her background in psychology and YogaSutra reflects her holistic approach to empowering youth.
Mr. Sheoji Chaturvedi

Mr. Sheoji Chaturvedi, is a seasoned development professional with over 19 years of experience in the social sector. A native of Buxar, he holds degrees from BHU and Kashi Vidyapeeth, Varanasi. As a member of Goonj’s Management Committee, he contributes to organizational strategy while leading impactful initiatives on poverty, livelihood, and rural development across Bihar and the Eastern Zone.

Deeply committed to social responsibility, he works towards empowering marginalised communities and promoting education-driven social change.

Mrs. Vanita Sareen Talwar, born in Gaya, Bihar, is a Banasthali Vidyapith M.Sc. Biotechnology graduate, passionate teacher, and content creator. With more than a decade in teaching and having a varied content writing experience she is launching her first anthology in 2026. She cherishes Bihar’s roots and finds inspiration in Bharatanatyam, music, and literary pursuits.

Dr. Rizvi, an accomplished researcher whose two decades of work have significantly contributed to the understanding of sustainable development in India.. With a Ph.D. in Economics, LLB, and M.Sc. in Ecology and Environment, her research bridges sustainability, equity, and policy.
